ATS Challenge Anything Goes

Hi guys! Today I was in a great summery mood and just really wanted to make a summer card. So I thought this was a perfect moment to use one of the cutie sugarplum girls from the Beach Kit. I entered this card in the All that Scraps Challenge Anything Goes. So I just made a beach scene in a frame which I cut the frame out with the Spellbinders Postage Stamp Die. Then I added some glossy paper that already had a beach scene printed on it. I added an umbrella and beach chairs from a TPC stamp set and some stickers. Then added stickles to the water so it would stand out more. The yellow paper is from Cosmo Cricket Summer Love. And finally I added some washi tape and more stickles and that was that! TFL!

CAS Card

Hello everyone! So I'm back with another challenge! I just love challenges as they challenge me to use my stamps and try new things:) So today I made a card for the Lawnscaping Challenge No. 58 Clean and Simple. And boy was this a challenge for me. I made a card yesterday and it just did not come out CAS, so I gave it another go today and I like the way this one came out. I'm late with my card but I still thought I would share. I tried to keep it simple by not coloring anything but the penguins. And I was just flipping through my Lawn Fawn Sets and came across the Bon Voyage and Critters in the Snow sets and just thought of them flying and sitting among the clouds:) So that's what I did! I also added the "woo-hoo!" from Critters in the Forest Set to that flying penguin in the corner as he looks so happy! Then I added lots of clouds and stars from the Lawn Fawn Blue Skies Set. And the Believe in your dreams aentiment is from the Lawn Fawn Flutter By Stamp set. Thanks for looking!

YFH Challenge #17- All about Dad

Hello everyone! Today I have a Father's Day card to share for the Yumi and Fumi Handmade Challenge #17 which is All about Dad! Which I thought was a great reminder to get my Father's Day card done. For my card I used the adorable Fisherman from The Greeting Farm Set "Rock the Farm". And I used one of my older paper pads, the Basic Grey Oxford, which was my very first 6x6 paper pad:) So I'm glad to have been able to pull it out and use it again. I actually made a process video on my youtube channel of how I made this card, which I'll embed here, just in case you'd like to see the whole process:)Thanks for stopping by!

CMM Challenge 70- Rubber

Hi guys! Today I have a birthday card to share and I used some unloved crafty goodies to make this. And it feels so good to use up some of my stash! I used the beautiful La-La Land Stamp Fountain for the first time and I just adore it! And since it is a rubber stamp, I decided to enter this in the Card Makin' Mamas Challenge which is to use a rubber stamp on your project. I did cheat a bit as the lady is a clear stamp by Some Odd Girl called Believe and the Happy Birthday is from the stamp set Year Two by Lawn Fawn. Thanks for looking!!

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge

Hi guys! I'm back with another card. I love the color combo that was going on in the challenge Paper Smooches Sparks. And I was just itching to use my new Paper Smooches Stamp set, Think Fast.
I used the solid rectangle image in the stamp set to create a checkerboard pattern on the kraft paper. As that pattern reminds me of a pizza place, not sure why, lol:) Then I tried to make a "pizza heart" with the slice of pizza. I used the soda and stamped it out twice and added some stickles. To finish it off, I added a bit of deco tape to the bottom and some faux stitch lines. Tfw!

ATS Wednesday Challenge- Shaped Card

Hi guys! Today I made a card for the All that Scraps Wednesday Challenge which was to make a shaped card. It has been a LONG time since I've made a shaped card, so this was definitely a challenge for me. So I adhered a doily to a cardbase and cut the shape out to make my card.
For my image I used the CC Designs Butterfly Lucy stamp and I just cut off her pigtails to give a more "mature look" for this card.:) And that was that! Thanks for looking!

First DT project for Angie Delarie Stamps!

Hello everyone! I am so excited to announce that I am a member of the Angie Delarie Design Team! My very first design team and I don't think it could've been with a better company or team!Angie Delarie Products
My first project is made with the new digi, Felicity from the 50's.
Isn't she just gorgeous?! She has so many possibilities. At first I thought of making card where Felicity is sitting at the park or in front of a shopping plaza. But, as I continued to look at her, and saw her bird cage and that small book in her hand, the scene of a train station vividly showed up. So I ended up making a Bon Voyage card.
I colored up Felicity from the 50s with my spectrum noirs and added some stickles and glossy accents. I printed out Felicity twice so I could cut part of the stone wall to put on the left side. The ground is embossed with the Cuttlebug folder Tiny Bubbles and the railroad track is some felt ribbon I had. The train and map are cut out from the October Afternoon Boarding Pass Paper pad. The small suitcases are cut from the Best Creations Travel Forever paper pad.

Bling It!- Lawnscaping Challenge #57

Hello everyone! Today I made a card for theLawnscaping challenge #57 which is called Bling It! And the challenge is to make a card or project with anything glittery! You don't have to tell me twice! I love using glitter! Particularly stickles since they are almost mess free:) I'm a huge clutz so with actual glitter, I always end up making a big mess!
So I made a "There's gnome place like home card", I added some plain ol' house wood veneers and just added some little windows with my Lawn Fawn Stamp Set Home Sweet Home. I tried to keep the houses pretty bland so they gnome's mushroom house would stick out. For the gnome, sentiment and Mushroom house I used the Lawn Fawn Set Gnome Sweet Gnome. For the tree up front, I used the LF set, Critters in the Burbs. And for the tree in the back, I used the LF set Critters on the Savannah. Finally, just added stickles and a few mushroom stickers and that's it! TFL!
